Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?+
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery within India takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?+
No, we do not offer COD. All orders are prepaid via our secure Razorpay payment gateway.
Can I track my order?+
Yes! Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order history in the "My Orders" section of your account.
Can I cancel or modify my order?+
Cancellations or changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Are your candles made by hand?+
Yes, every product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.
What wax do you use?+
We use a premium blend of soy and coconut wax which is clean-burning, non-toxic, and eco-friendly.
How long do the candles burn?+
Burn time varies by size. You can find the estimated burn time on each product page.
Do you offer custom / personalized orders?+
Yes! We love making custom candles for gifting, events, and weddings. Reach out to us via WhatsApp or the support form below.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and all major wallets through Razorpay.
What is your refund policy?+
We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What do I do?+
This can happen due to network issues. The amount is usually auto-refunded within 5–7 business days. If not, please contact us through the support form.

Do I need an account to place an order?+
Currently, an account is required to place orders so you can track them and manage your information easily.
How is my data used?+
