Scent & Chill is a small handmade business selling hand-poured scented candles and crochet products made in India. All products are crafted individually and may have slight variations — this is part of their handcrafted charm.
3. Products
- All product images are representative. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, size, or texture due to the handmade nature.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
- Product availability is subject to change without notice.
- Made-to-order items require additional production time (typically 3–7 business days).
4. Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout based on your location.
- We reserve the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice.
- Any pricing errors on the website will be corrected and you will be notified before fulfilment.
5. Orders & Payment
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay.
- We accept UPI, cards (credit/debit), net banking, and wallets through Razorpay.
- Payment is processed securely. We do not store card details.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship across India.
- Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from dispatch (made-to-order items may take longer).
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, holidays, or courier delays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping partner once the order is dispatched.
- A tracking link will be shared once your order is shipped.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, product designs, logos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Scent & Chill. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
8. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scent & Chill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
10. Candle Safety
⚠ Important Candle Safety Notice
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
- Burn on a heat-resistant surface away from flammables
- Keep wick trimmed to 5mm before each use
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Discontinue use when 1cm of wax remains
By purchasing our candles, you acknowledge and accept these safety instructions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
